My first Nissan 100NX

Hi everyone!

Here's my 1994 Nissan 100NX (1.6L GA16DE). I have been into cars since I was a kid and always wanted to learn how to fix them. So when this popped up, I thought it would be the perfect candidate to help me learn about cars by fixing this one.

One of the major issues the car had was that it was burning oil like crazy. After a lot of research online, turns out there is a little rectangular rubber seal under the valve cover which when it wears out could leak oil. So I ordered one and opened the valve cover and found that rubber seal completely shot and leaking oil inside the breather hole. Once I replaced that and the entire valve cover gasket and seals, the car stopped burning oil. That was my first successful engine repair ever. I am now looking to fix more issues in the car and hopefully I can find more information about it on this forum.

Also, I don't speak Dutch but hopefully I can find some English speakers here.
