TeJero's projects: 2 x 100nx 's and a sunny gti

Also i hope no one minds me writing in english as we gathered my translation skills were pants!


Thought I'd post up pics of my nissan 100nx's
And the sunny GTi (non turbo) Which I'm sure iv shown you before,

so I'll post a pic of how she looks now... very sad, depressed and green!


Engine from the sunny gti has had the following:

Head = clean up inside, painted outside, clean and polished Valves and re-ground them, new stems, new colets? (cones put on top of valves?) valve stems, bolts, ports cleaned (drill then acid), errmmm JWT S3 cams, new tappets! o-rings



new timing chain kit, oil pump, water pump too :-) and lots of gaskets (way to many to name)


Bottom end = re bored to 87mm pistons (my brain isn't working and i cant remember the compression ratio) chambers are clean and smooth, new rings obviously, conrods re balanced, re grounded the crank shaft, bench test, king main + rod bearings, acl thrush bearings, arp head bolts, head skimmed very slightly...



I need to match the inlet manifold with the head ports, quite a few other bits
I've brought several RED silicone engine (dress up) kits/hoses which need to replace the boring black ones, that will take up some time.
Need to buy the clutch, re condition my rear sunny gti calipers, paint rocker cover, and need a whole new exhaust system, as my old one is too leaking, too loud and too falling a part, i have a stainless steel manifold and downpipe but i need a cat on there, otherwise its just tooo loud!! so might go to a exhaust making place for that one!! other bits... i am sure i have missed

Also brought these which i might add... need a bracket tho,


anyway this sr20de high port is going into this nx




Did have the GA16DE engine in it

has the usual mods:
kyb gas shocks
spax 35mm lowering springs
cat 1 alarm
sunny gtir front brakes
sunny gti rear brakes
powerflow twin exhaust backbox, straight through exhaust system to stainless steel manifold...
K+N induction kit, painted rocker
17" TSW Freeze with yokohama A259s? 205/40 rubber
MOMO Steering wheel
Dark smoke tints on side windows
clear front + side indicators
rear lights tinted accept for reverse lights
front + rear strut braces
few other bits?




And finally my 2nd 100nx is a black one it has had the following mods:
17" 7 spoke alloys (have no clue what make they are!) not sure on rubber either actually, as you can tell i haven't had this long!!
has stainless steel manifold and down pipe, then pipe to the backbox which is a 4" tip.
front + rear almera GTi brakes
front + rear strut braces
sunny gti rear anti roll bar
ALMERA (primera GT) SR20DE low port 2.0 engine
electric inline fuel pump
kyb gas shocks
40mm lowering springs not sure on make!
MOMO steering wheel
alarm
tinted lights
HID front headlight (rather awesome!)
Sunny gtir pulsar front seats
Front custom made bumper (from  a fiat i believe)
1 extended front wing to match height of the bumper, i need to do the other one
custom rear bumper
jap style number plates
one side has had bumpstrips removed and smoothed over
need to do the other side.
nismo/nissan sunstrips? (things on windows)
door carpet needs doing again, bodywork needs doing... little project for me when the engine is running smooth again (slight running issue, need a AFPR)

I thought Tejero was female? Jane, wasn't it? If so, why's everyone addressing her as male? XD Anyways, good to see someone else who's into proper engine tuning . Any idea what kind of numbers you're gonna expect on the Sunny's SR? Did you resleeve the block? Also, reboring the block doesn't nescessarily change the CR, that depends on the pistons you use.

Thanks everyone, sunny was rusty anyway, honest 
I'm hoping the high port will run even better than new, i even have special "run in" oil to use at first...
Soon as i can i shall be dyno-ing her see some real figures to see if it makes a difference... bloody hope so! I'm hoping for much as possible, it will be over 160bhp, guarantee'd
I did re-sleeve the block (well i didn't, company did that bit), yep it's going in to the red nx,
the black's rear end not sure on the bumper, sorry but i think looks smart! Hey pascal nice to see you!!
I shall be going to jae, not officially with the 100nxc group but i shall at one stage have my nx on their stand most probably
